Mechanical equipment maintenance is divided into three levels. Divided into daily maintenance; primary maintenance; secondary maintenance.
Daily maintenance is the maintenance of every shift every day, mainly by the operator, carefully check; add lubricating oil; keep the equipment tidy; clean; good lubrication; safe.
The first-level maintenance is mainly based on maintenance workers, assisted by operators, and partially disassembles the equipment according to the plan; check; clean the specified parts; dredge the oil road; pipelines, etc., adjust the accuracy of the equipment parts, tighten the parts, etc., and do well recording.
Secondary maintenance is mainly carried out by maintenance workers, and it is included in the equipment maintenance plan, and part of the equipment is inspected and repaired. Replace or repair worn parts, clean; change oil, check and repair electrical parts, restore machine tool accuracy, meet the minimum requirements for processed parts; and make detailed records.
Main work content:
1. Daily maintenance:
Carefully check the use and operation of the equipment, fill in the handover record, scrub the parts of the equipment, and lubricate them regularly; pay attention to the loose parts at any time and adjust to eliminate small defects in the equipment; check whether the parts of the equipment are complete, the workpiece, Whether the accessories are neatly placed.
2. First-level maintenance:
Check, clean and adjust the electrical control parts; thoroughly clean and wipe the exterior of the equipment and check the interior of the equipment; check and adjust the parts of each operation and transmission mechanism; check the oil pump, clear the oil path, check the oil quality of the fuel tank, check the amount of oil, adjust each Indicating instruments and safety protection devices; if hidden troubles and abnormalities are found, they should be eliminated and leakages should be eliminated.
The equipment needs to be achieved after first-level maintenance: clean and bright appearance; smooth oil passages and bright oil windows; flexible operation and normal operation; safety protection, complete and reliable indicator instruments. The maintenance personnel should keep a record of the main contents of the maintenance, hidden dangers found and eliminated during the maintenance process, abnormalities, trial operation results, trial production parts accuracy, operating performance, etc., as well as existing problems.
3. Second-level maintenance:
The workload of secondary maintenance is between medium repair and small repair. It is necessary to complete part of the small repair and part of the middle repair, mainly to repair or replace the wear and damage of the vulnerable parts of the equipment. The second-level maintenance should complete all the work of the first-level maintenance, and also require all the lubrication parts to be cleaned, and the oil quality should be checked in conjunction with the oil change cycle to perform the cleaning and oil change.
After the second-level maintenance, the accuracy and performance are required to meet the process requirements, no oil leakage, water leakage, air leakage, electric leakage, sound, vibration, pressure, temperature rise, etc. meet the standards.
